Nefii Varol Tarman
General Manager
He was born in İzmir in 1954.
After receiving his master’s degree from Bogaziçi University in 1979,
he started to work as a regional manager at UNIROYAL LASTIK, a subsidiary of Koç group.Later, he continued his business life at BMC company in Izmir and served as a manager for 18 years. After 2000, he continued his business life in Istanbul and worked as the country manager of TATAMOTORS and ASHOK LEYLAND companies for 18 years. He also provided consultancy services to Indian TVS logistics and MG group companies. Since 2018, he has been working as a manager in his own company, GENK Automotive. He has 45 years of work experience in the automotive industry in international and national markets.
Gönül Tarman
Head of Finance
She was born in Izmir in 1959. After graduating from Izmir Buca Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department in 1980
She worked as an English teacher and administrator in various high schools in Istanbul and Izmir.
After 2001, She took various courses on management and finance. She has taught companies on management and finance.
She has been working as a managing partner in his own company, GENK Automotive. She has 35 years of work experience in international and national markets.
Erdal Tarman
Sales&Marketing Manager
Graduated from Uludağ University Economics department in 2005 and then finalized his education life by completing the Yeditepe University MBA program.
He started his business life in 2000, which is one of the leading companies in Turkey as Arçelik, Borusan, Yurtiçi Cargo.He took charge in various sales and marketing departments of Mer-Tur Automotive company and started to work as Sales & Marketing Manager at Genk Automotive, which was established in 2018, and he continues to carry out the same task successfully today.He is married and has a boy at the age of 4.
Kağan Tarman
Logistics Manager
Graduated from University of South Wales Logistic Departman in 2011.
Then started to work for a logistic company until 2016 as a logistic operation specialist.He start to work Logistic Manager at Genk Automotive Company, which was establish 2018 , he is married in 2019.
Aykut Özüdoğru
Business Development Manager
Aykut Ozudogru, who is married and has one child, graduated from Yıldız University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1989 and then finalised his education life by completing the Marmara University
Contemporary Business Administration program.He started his business life in 1992, working in the Project-Engineering, Spare Parts and After-Sales Services departments of Parsan, Temsa, İsotlar Grup (Tata Motors) and Hyundai Assan Automotive companies, which are one of the leading companies and worked in Genk Automotive Company, which was established in 2018. He started his career as the Business Development Manager and continues to do the same job successfully today.
Alberto Perugini
Vice President of Sales
Alberto Perugini is originally from Brazil and comes from an Italian Family.
He graduated as a Metallurgical engineer at FAAP in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and later obtained an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. He started his career with Saab Scania as a sales engineer. After that, he came to the US and received his master’s degree in business, focusing on international business, at the American Graduate School – Thunderbird in Arizona. In the US, Alberto worked for Cummins Filtration, more well known as Fleetguard, with responsibilities for Latin America and the US, and later as the marketing manager in Europe. Alberto joined Caterpillar, where he had positions covering Latin America and the US market. Alberto joined Mack Trucks, holding the positions of product support and regional sales manager, and recently held the position of Sales & Marketing Mgr. with Hyundai Mobis mainly focusing on the parts business. Alberto is married to Claudia Perugini and has two daughters.
Zafer Özer
Project & Purchasing Manager
Zafer Özer, who is married and the father of two children,He graduated from the Department of Mechanical at Ankara & Economics at Anadolu Universities in 1989 and 1996 and started his business life in 1989. He worked in the Production Engineering, Machining, Quality and Purchasing departments of Sarıgozoglu, Climart, Denso and GICO Automotive companies, which are among the leading companies of the domestic and the World. Zafer, who started his career at Genk Automotive as Project & Purchasing Manager, still continues in this position.
